1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers through the Maison Eloire online store.

2. Products and Offers
We aim to describe our products, prices, characteristics and offers as clearly and accurately as reasonably possible.
Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products. Minor differences in appearance may occur, for example due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.
Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer do not bind Maison Eloire where the consumer reasonably should have understood that an error had occurred.
3. Formation of the Agreement
Before placing an order, you will be given the opportunity to review the products, prices and other relevant information relating to your purchase.
An agreement is formed when you place the order and Maison Eloire accepts and confirms it, subject to applicable law.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
4. Prices
Prices offered to consumers are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any mandatory additional charges, including applicable shipping costs, will be disclosed before you place the order.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required to process the payment and order.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Applicable or estimated delivery times are communicated before or during the ordering process.
If a significant delay occurs, we will inform the customer where reasonably possible.
The risk of loss or damage generally remains with Maison Eloire until the goods are received by the consumer, or by a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to discounted products and promotional purchases unless a specific statutory exception applies.
8. Return Costs
When a consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the consumer where this was disclosed before purchase.
This does not apply where Maison Eloire is legally responsible for the return costs, for example in circumstances where this follows from the applicable statutory consumer rights.
9. Statutory Guarantee and Conformity
Consumers are entitled to receive products that conform to the sales agreement.
All products sold by Maison Eloire are subject to applicable statutory consumer guarantee and conformity rules.
These statutory rights are not restricted by these Terms and Conditions or by any additional commercial guarantee.

10. Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions communicated with the relevant promotion.
Maison Eloire will clearly communicate material conditions of a promotion before purchase.
Where a promotion has a stated end date or limited duration, the promotion applies only for that genuine promotional period.
11. Complaints
Complaints concerning an order or product can be submitted to:

Please include your order number where applicable and a clear description of the issue.
We will review complaints carefully and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.
12. Personal Data
Maison Eloire processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

13. Intellectual Property
To the extent that Maison Eloire owns the applicable intellectual property rights, website content such as text, branding, graphics and original images may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Liability
Maison Eloire is liable to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Maison Eloire may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
An order will generally be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions that applied when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Governing Law
Agreements with Maison Eloire are governed by Dutch law.
Where a consumer resides in another EU Member State, this choice of Dutch law does not deprive that consumer of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of their country of residence.
Disputes may be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
